In today’s digital age, artificial Intelligence has become a powerful tool for people of all professions and hobbies. From developing code to creating detailed images, AI can accomplish almost anything. With AI assistants showing up everywhere now, everyone has access to these amazing tools.
While many companies chose to use AI as simple assistants on their websites, tech companies have found other uses for AI. Tech companies have found ways to implement AI into their services and/or applications. This article focuses on AI face swapping and photo editing.
I have found that a great demonstration of AI capabilities is face swapping. It sounds like a very simple concept; however, it is extremely advanced. With new AI technology, face swapping can mimic any art style, position, and even expressions.
As a fun and engaging way of demonstrating this, I have taken multiple old fashioned USA war propaganda posters and edited them to display messages that apply to our day-to-day life in the CMP class. After the messages of the posters were altered, I used AI to apply Mr. Klin’s face to the men in these posters. These posters have since been posted on the walls around the classroom. I have posted the posters below.
